The centrifuge machine utilizes an air bellows (air spring) system to lift the main body to a specific level during operation, effectively disconnecting physical contact with the lower chassis. All dynamic loads generated during the extraction (spinning) process are transferred directly onto this bellows system. This mechanism prevents operational vibrations from being transmitted to the floor, providing high-efficiency isolation. Once the extraction cycle reaches its predetermined duration, the system activates the automatic braking feature to enter a safe-stop mode. In cases of unbalanced loads, precision safety sensors intervene immediately to shut down the machine. The operation can be safely resumed once the operator has rebalanced the load. By damping all vibrations through the air bellows, the system protects the machine against mechanical shocks, thereby maximizing equipment lifespan.
